Is it fast Wi-Fi?
Yes, at Fredrick’s we are dedicated to continually improving the guest experience, and our latest enhancement comes in the form of super-fast fibre to the premises 400 megabyte broadband. To ensure that everyone gets their fair share of the Wifi, each guest can use 8 megabytes each, per device, meaning that no one person can use all of the bandwidth at once. This improvement will enhance the experience for all hotels guests who may wish to stream TV or movies to their bedroom, or conference users who need fast Internet for their meeting. Reliable and fast Internet is one of the key influencing factors for visitors to Fredrick’s Hotel, and we are delighted to be able to offer this enhanced service to our guests.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have ample, on-site parking which is free of charge for hotel guests and visitors.
What is your cancellation policy?
The hotel operates a cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received after 2.00pm the day prior, or failure to cancel, will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

Check out is up until 11am.
What time is check in?
Check in is from 3pm.
Is it possible to get a late check out or early check in?
Late check outs and/or early check ins are sometimes available, depending on various factors, including whether the room is in use the day prior or following evening. They are unlikely to be available to be booked in advance, and are not guaranteed, so we recommend speaking to a member of the team during your stay.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served between 7am and 9.30am on weekdays, and between 8am and 10am on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
