With cosy corners and warm fires, Fredrick's Bar is the hub of the hotel and the ideal place to meet friends for a drink, enjoy a bar snack or simply relax and unwind after a busy day.

Enjoy Gins from all over the world (listed below) at Fredrick's Gin Pantry… try the ultimate G & T with Pinkster Gin "the natural gin with a mischievous grin"" and Fentimans Tonic Water.  Distilled in small batches in the Pinkster Distillery in Cambridge , Pinkster is an award winning, premium gin which incorporates hand steeped, fresh locally grown raspberries.

Deliciously dry, with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish - there you have it, Pinkster, the natural gin with a mischievous grin.  Topped off with fresh raspberries, ice and Fentimans Tonic Water… the ultimate G & T!

Wintergarden

The Wintergarden at Fredrick's allows you to have the best of both worlds, sunshine from the garden area or the warmth from our underfloor heating. All our menus are available to those wishing to dine in the Wintergarden, whether it be for a formal meal, speciality coffee and homemade biscuits or a light snack from our sandwich menu. There is something to match every mood and desire.

The Wintergarden is also an ideal venue for informal meetings with full access to the complimentary WiFi (widely available throughout the hotel),  access to our beautiful gardens and close proximity to the reception team who are on hand to welcome your guests and visitors.

The area is also used extensively for wedding receptions and private functions allowing diners and guests to enjoy the gardens and patio area.
